The vehicle repair process starts with estimating. One of our highly trained estimators will asses the extent of the damage to your vehicle and determine the appropriate method of repair. Once the car is on-site, our team of seasoned technicians will start stripping your vehicle to further analyse the damage. With larger heavier damage it is most likely that the body or chassis of the vehicle will no longer be within specification. Once your vehicle is deemed repairable our parts team will order in replacements for your damaged panels. They may also be repaired, depending on the severity and complexity of damage. Once the panel beaters have repaired the vehicle damage, or the parts are on-site, our technicians will complete any further dis-assembly required, collect all parts that require painting. The damaged sections or new parts will then be painted using the best quality paint systems available. When the parts are painted and reattached, the vehicle is quality checked for your peace of mind and we also offer a courtesy valet to make it look as new.
